About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Performance Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, facilitating client calls and engagements, and identifying approaches to address client challenges.

What You Need To Succeed
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree and/or Master's Degree with an expected graduation date of December 2024 to August 2025
  • Relevant professional or internship experience
  • Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delivering value to clients
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, prioritization, problem solving, critical thinking, and influencing skills
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
