Job Title: Guest Relations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Manager to join our team at Fraser Suites Edinburgh. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and support to the Front Office team to ensure that they are equipped to deliver world-class service to our guests.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, including managing the lobby, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with the Senior Sales Manager to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities and to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our guests, ensuring that they feel valued and cared for throughout their stay.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Housekeeping and Maintenance, to ensure that our guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role in hospitality, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Knowledge of HMS and other hospitality systems would be an advantage.
