Job Overview
The position of Payroll & Benefits Specialist at HAIL Partners offers a unique opportunity to support the global payroll and benefits processes for London and Dublin, with oversight responsibilities in Hong Kong, India, and China. The role also serves as a backup for US payrolls.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll for London and Dublin, reviewing other international payrolls.
• Support HRIS and payroll data integrity, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Handle London and Dublin benefits, including plan design and renewals.
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding support and respond to employee inquiries.
• Stay informed on legislation affecting payroll/benefits, maintaining expertise in international regulations.
• Act as liaison with third-party vendors and brokers, fostering effective collaboration.

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance.
• 5+ years of experience in global payroll and benefits administration, with a strong understanding of international laws and regulations.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information, with excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
• Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package, including hybrid working arrangements.
