Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Payroll and Benefits Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive global payroll and benefits strategy to support the company's growth and success.
  • Oversee Day-to-Day Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of payroll and benefits globally, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Source and Implement Payroll Providers: Investigate and negotiate with leading payroll providers to source the best solution for the company, followed by the implementation of the new provider.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance across all global offices, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Benchmarking and Benefits Optimization: Regularly benchmark benefits to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with industry standards, making adjustments as necessary to maintain a top-notch benefits package.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in benefits and payroll, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing global payroll and benefits for a multinational company.
  • Experience in sourcing and implementing payroll providers is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or business, with a certification in payroll or compensation being a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage global teams and stakeholders.
