An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Global Head of Payroll & Benefits to join our client, a leading marketing company.


This is a hybrid role with 3 days spent in the office and 2 days working from home, reporting directly to the HR Director.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement an effective global payroll and benefits strategy for the company, driving compliance across all global offices
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of global payroll and benefits, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement
  • Investigate and negotiate with top payroll and benefits providers to source the best fit for the company
  • Lead the implementation of the new provider, guaranteeing a smooth transition and minimizing disruption
  • Benchmark benefits offered to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with industry standards

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8+ years' experience in Benefits and Payroll, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience managing global payroll and benefits for a multinational company
  • Background in sourcing and implementing payroll and benefits providers
  • Certification in payroll or compensation is a plus, but not essential
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or business
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
