Klaviyo is looking for a Global Payroll Administrator to support our payroll operations in London, UK. This role will involve working closely with the Head of Global Payroll to develop and implement global payroll best practices, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in global payroll processing, with a focus on EMEA and APAC. They will possess current legislative and PAYE knowledge, including NI, SSP, SMP, SPP, year-end reporting. In addition, they should have experience with equity, pension, and benefit administration from a payroll perspective.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with employee queries and data.

Our compensation package includes a salary of approximately £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
