Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SaaS Industry Leader to join our team in West London. This exciting opportunity involves managing the existing Customer Success team, providing guidance and mentoring, and maintaining indepth knowledge of products by keeping up to date and providing guidance and advice on the products and services.

You will also be responsible for demonstrating products and providing online and in-person training for clients, updating Training manuals and videos, and leading webinars.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer success, with experience working in the SaaS industry. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
