SaaS Start-up Sales Leader

At Sauced., we're seeking a talented SaaS Start-up Sales Leader to take charge of our sales function and drive growth. Your primary responsibility will be to own and accelerate our GTM strategy, focusing on the UK Care Sector initially, before expanding into other sectors. You'll build scalable sales processes and lead a team of four while maintaining a hands-on approach to sales.
As part of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package including £80-100k base salary, commission, and equity. Our flexible work arrangement offers 3+ days per week in our London HQ. To excel in this role, you'll need to have a proven track record of scaling a start-up's ARR from £1m to £10m, leadership experience with a 'lead by doing' mindset, and a passion for fast-paced environments.
