A leading Health-tech scale-up is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead their marketing strategy and drive growth. As a pioneer in the field, you'll have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative marketing solutions, leveraging your expertise in scaling SaaS products.

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth company and make a significant impact on their marketing efforts. You'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, driving brand awareness and lead generation. Your experience in data-driven strategies, including A/B testing and advanced growth experimentation techniques, will be invaluable in helping the company achieve its goals.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, driving brand awareness and lead generation.
* Collaborate with internal and external support functions to ensure marketing activity is impactful, and aligned with business goals.
* Lead outbound and inbound strategies, leveraging your expertise in healthcare marketing and digital marketing channels.

Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and brand leadership in SaaS companies.
* Strong understanding of healthcare marketing, with a strong preference for experience in the dental industry.
* Expert in data-driven strategies, including A/B testing and advanced growth experimentation techniques.
* Proficient with marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
* Experience working within a smaller, scaling SaaS business.

The Package
* A base salary up to £100k plus a bonus (yet to be defined)
* Hybrid working, 3 days a week in a Central London location
* Health and Dental care.
