We're seeking a skilled Overnight Accommodations Assistant to join our team at Newbury Town Centre South (A3339) Premier Inn.

Salary: Up to £12.00 per hour night shift, paid for 16 hours a week across 2 days– Shifts 11pm-7am.

Job Description

As an Overnight Accommodations Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our hotel guests overnight. You will work closely with our team to provide excellent customer service, resolve any issues that may arise, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure all hotel rooms are clean, tidy, and ready for occupancy, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular checks on hotel facilities, equipment, and services to identify and report any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
