The role of the Connected Care Solution Specialist (CCSS) is a strategic position. As an expert in medical device connectivity and digital solutions, drive adoption of advanced connected care portfolio, increase customer satisfaction and process productivity throughout connectivity projects within the operating theatre environment.

As a product specialist for connected solutions, devices and workflows, the individual will work in collaboration with the sales force, sales management, marketing and the service team.

An essential prerequisite for this is the ability to communicate effectively with customers in relation to IT issues and various workflow environments and deliver on commercial expectations.

You will have close cooperation and coordination with the sales team as a key technical advisor and promoter of our connectivity portfolio. you will act as an interface between company and customers to ensure the workflow for connectivity solutions (design, execution, implementation and post-sales requirements)

You will engage with customers and have the ability to convey complex technical and clinical content to customers and define and agree the customer's needs and requirements and describe the path to technical transformation and implementation of connectivity solutions.

Previous experience in medical device connectivity is highly desirable but not essential.

**EDUCATION AND SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE**:

- Degrees in IT, medical technology or biomedical engineering advantageous
- Several years of professional experience, ideally with experience in project management, would be advantageous
- Experience in sales advantageous
- Medical Market experience desirable but not essential
- Experience in bidding/operating leasing is an advantage
- IT knowledge (safe handling of Outlook and standard processing programs, knowledge of CRM, networks and interface knowledge to medical IT is an advantage)
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliability
- Good self-management and organizational skills.
- Driving licence
- Travel and overnight stays will be expected
