Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and updating care plans to reflect client need, ensuring they meet NMC guidelines and company policies.
  • Supervising the care team, ensuring a clear handover report is given to all relevant staff members at the end of each shift.
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals and reporting any ill health amongst clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Experience working in a care home setting, preferably with older adults.
