We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Registered Nurse with us, you will be empowered to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Contract type: Day Shifts (48 hour contract available)
Rate: £20.17 per hour

About Exemplar Health Care
We provide nursing care for adults living with complex mental health needs, neurological conditions including brain injuries and strokes, and physical disabilities.
The team is trained to support those living with tracheostomies and require ventilated care.
Nursing Role Overview
This role involves providing high-quality nursing care for individuals with complex needs, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times.
You will assess, plan, and implement person-centred care plans, promoting independence and maximising everyday living skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing and planning individualised care plans.
- Administering medication safely and effectively.
- Promoting health and wellbeing through education and support.
- Being the nurse in charge of a small unit while on shift.
- Managing challenging situations and behaviours of concern.
