We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Nursing Care Practitioner Assistant at Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust.
About the Job:
- Support registered nurses in delivering high-quality clinical care to patients.
- Assist with assessments, planning, and implementation of care plans.
- Contribute to quality assurance processes and identify areas for improvement.
