Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nurse to join our team as a Renal Transplant Nurse Practitioner at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our skilled and dedicated team, providing high-quality care to patients undergoing renal transplant surgery.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in renal care and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have the ability to teach patients and staff, and possess a working knowledge of the needs of patients following renal transplantation.

We offer a competitive salary range of £38,890 - £46,805 per annum, depending on experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current registration on part 1 of the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Professional Register. You will also need to have completed the national PEAP programme for practice supervisors or equivalent teaching and assessing qualification.
