Your primary focus will be on overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, managing a team of skilled nurses and care professionals, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and CQC standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses and care staff to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual resident needs
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports and risk assessments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning and coordination
To succeed as our Clinical Nurse Manager, you must possess:
- A first-level nursing registration with a valid NMC PIN - Registered Mental Health / RMN or Registered Learning Disability Nurse / RNLD
- A minimum of three years post-registration experience, preferably in a leadership role or with significant management responsibilities
- An excellent understanding of nursing care best practices, clinical governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
