Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Nursing Manager to lead our care team at Exemplar Health Care. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of nursing and care colleagues, driving quality, and maintaining high standards of care on your unit.

Key responsibilities include leading units' care and nursing teams, providing strong leadership to maintain and continuously develop high standards of care and drive continuous improvement, overseeing and managing all units' clinical elements and risks, ensuring care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner.

You will need a thorough understanding of best practice in nursing care, an excellent range of clinical and communication skills, an enthusiastic approach to encouraging and motivating people, the ability to work confidently on your own initiative, a good standard of digital skills, and a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.

Estimated salary: £20.74 per hour. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work at a senior level, under the leadership of the Clinical Nurse Manager, to manage a team of nursing and care colleagues and drive quality and maintain high standards of care on your unit.
