As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting adults with Downs Syndrome and Autism to lead active lifestyles in Tonbridge, Kent. This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated Adult Support Professional to make a real difference in people's lives.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn a salary of £25,000-£35,000 per annum (pro rata) and enjoy a range of benefits, including flexible working hours and up to 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata).

Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting individuals to participate in daily living activities, including accessing local amenities and services.
  2. Developing personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  3. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless service delivery.
