We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Tonbridge, assisting adults with various needs including learning disabilities, Down syndrome, Alzheimer's, Dementia, Epilepsy, and Cerebral Palsy.

About the Role:
  • Provide daily living support to individuals, enabling them to explore their community and beyond.
  • Foster social connections and interactions with family and friends.
  • Assist with personal finances management.
  • Maintain a clean and comfortable living environment, including grocery shopping.
  • Offer personal care support.
Key Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts across a 7-day week.
  • Possess a Full UK manual driving license, held for at least 2 years (for use of service vehicles).
  • A paid enhanced DBS disclosure is required.
  • Flexible working arrangements are available.
  • Up to 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata) can be taken.
