Adult Care Team Lead

Voyage Care Ltd is a leading provider of adult social care services, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care and Support Professional to join our team.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care and support to clients in their own homes or community settings. This includes:
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet client needs and goals.
- Working closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience in adult social care, preferably as a senior support worker.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
- A strong understanding of adult social care principles and practices.
