Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and caring individual to fill the role of Care Team Leader in Tonbridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to service users, promoting independence and empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective delivery of services, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a care or support setting.
- Strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable adults, including those with complex care needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
