About the Job:This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Care Assistant to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant. You will be responsible for supervising a team of Care Assistants and supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, and care planning.
Job Requirements:- Hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
- Be warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualised care and support to each resident
We offer a range of benefits, including a competitive salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including career progression through roles such as Care Practitioner or nursing positions.
