Care Support Services Leader
Daytime Healthcare is looking for an experienced Care Support Services Leader to expand its team.
About the RoleThis role involves working closely with the Service Manager and other key stakeholders to deliver high-quality care services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of caregivers and ensuring they have the necessary skills, experience, and behaviors to deliver a safe, high-quality service.
Responsibilities include assisting the Service Manager in budget management to ensure high standards of physical, social, and emotional support are provided.
The ideal candidate will model Person-Centered Active Support approaches and Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) methods to staff and others.
Collaboration with the Service Manager is crucial to deliver services that meet the needs and aspirations of people supported, service commissioners, and regulatory authorities.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading a team of caregivers.
- Participating in the on-call rota.
Requirements
Experience in leadership roles, particularly in care settings.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Previous experience supporting individuals with challenging behavior, preferably with PBS qualification.

A full UK manual driving license is highly desirable due to location requirements.
Salary and Benefits
$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, plus competitive benefits package including early pay access, paid Enhanced DBS, flexible working, up to 28 days paid annual leave, high-quality training, contributory pension scheme, and more.
