About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Support Worker to join our team in Tonbridge. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with acquired brain injuries.

The Role:

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for leading our residential service specialising in ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) in Tonbridge. You will work closely with the Manager to supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the service. This includes allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting supervisions, ordering medication, and ensuring individuals receive support to manage their finances.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
  • A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and traumatic backgrounds
