We're currently seeking a Care Support Professional to join our team in Tonbridge, Kent. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to two adult males with Autism, ADHD, and Epilepsy.


The individuals we support enjoy activities within their home, including playing Xbox, watching DVDs, and drawing. They also participate in community activities, such as meals out and going to work.


No two days are the same in this role, but your day might look like this:

  • Supporting daily living activities, including making the most of community resources.
  • Facilitating social activities and connecting with family and friends.
  • Managing finances on behalf of the individuals we support.
  • Maintaining a clean and fresh living environment and undertaking shopping tasks.
  • Providing personal care and encouraging independence.

Experience in social care is not essential, as we offer a comprehensive range of accredited training programs at no cost to you, including the Health and Social Care Diploma.
