About the Role:

This position involves working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure excellent technical service and support. The successful candidate will be highly proactive and able to maintain and create cement sales opportunities with contractors, state and county public works agencies, and customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with cement performance and quality across different locations
  • Communicate customer needs and opportunities to sales and operations teams
  • Work collaboratively with agencies on specifications and projects
  • Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams as needed
  • Engage with the Central Laboratory for customer service testing and analysis
  • Participate in quality control meetings at cement plants and provide feedback to the plant
  • Travel required within CA, AZ, and NV
What We're Looking For:
  • 7-10 years of experience in technical services, preferably in the cement/concrete industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time management abilities
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Clean driving record (for last five years)
Estimated Annual Salary:$93,000 based on industry standards and regional factors.
