Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and personable School Administrator to join our team at Forrest Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Manage the front desk reception, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
  • Log pupils' attendance and other information onto our database
  • Sign in pupils and maintain accurate records
  • Perform electronic filing and maintain a secure and organized filing system
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to our team

Requirements:

  • Experience with SIMS or similar database systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
