Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and personable School Administrator to join our team at Forrest Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Manage the front desk reception, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Log pupils' attendance and other information onto our database
- Sign in pupils and maintain accurate records
- Perform electronic filing and maintain a secure and organized filing system
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to our team
Requirements:
- Experience with SIMS or similar database systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
