About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient School Administrator to join our team at Forrest Recruitment. As a School Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the school, ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Reception: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Logging Pupil Information: Accurately record pupil attendance, behavior, and other relevant information onto the school's management information system (SIMS).
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, as required.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS: A valid enhanced DBS check is essential for this role.
