Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage classrooms, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and provide feedback to teaching staff.
  • Maintain a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Support students with their learning and provide administrative assistance as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a school environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
  • Patience and a positive attitude toward supporting students.
  • Flexibility to work on short notice when required.
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
