About the Role


The successful candidate will be responsible for the running and administration of internal and external examinations and maintaining accurate student records.



Key Responsibilities



  • The administration of internal and external examinations
  • Maintenance of accurate student records
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, good time management, an ability to multitask and be able to work to tight deadlines
  • Experience of working within a school environment and experience of using SIMS would be a definite advantage but is not essential as training will be provided on all aspects of the role
  • Proficiency in the use of spreadsheets


Reporting Structure


The person appointed will report directly to the Senior Leadership Team and will work closely with the Exams Invigilator team in the academy.
