Support Worker Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Emery Court in Cramlington. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, enabling them to live independently and participate fully in their community.
Your key responsibilities will include supporting service users with daily living tasks, such as cooking, laundry, and personal care, as well as encouraging them to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being. You will also work collaboratively with the management team to develop and implement individualized support plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and training.
