Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pupil Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team in Newcastle. As a key member of our supply agency, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver support to children in a Secondary School.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have experience in managing challenging behaviour in children and adolescents and possess a calm and nurturing personality. This is an excellent opportunity for those wanting to gain employment in Education and have previous experience working/volunteering with children aged 11-16.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver support to children in a Secondary School
  2. Manage challenging behaviour in children and adolescents

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting children in small groups
  • Experience working with children with MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulty)
