Support Worker for Teenage Girl

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced support worker to provide enabling assistance to a 14-year-old girl living in the Cramlington area.
About Our ServiceOur organization, UKCIL Ltd, provides tailored care solutions for individuals with Autism, hearing impairments, and learning disabilities.
The young girl enjoys spending time in the community, engaging in activities such as visiting soft play centers, going to amusement parks, sensory play, and creative pursuits like arts, crafts, writing, and drawing.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience supporting non-verbal individuals and be aware of Autism and learning disabilities. You will also need to be available to work every other weekend (Saturday or Sunday) for 4 hours and be willing to build a strong relationship with the young lady.
An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Certificate for Children is required prior to commencement, and training will be provided as necessary.
Estimated salary: £25,500 per annum (£13.09 per hour).
