As a Personal Assistant for Young People, you will play a vital role in supporting young people to reach their full potential and live fulfilling lives. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement personalized support plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, families, and other professionals to ensure seamless support and coordination.
  • Support young people with their daily routines, including morning preparations, mealtime routines, and leisure activities.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to identify and address any challenges or concerns that may impact a young person's well-being or progress.

Competitive Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
