About the Role

This position is responsible for planning, delivering, and optimizing programmatic video and display campaigns, PPC campaigns, Criteo & Citrus conversion campaigns, and CRM acquisition & email campaigns across the Brand Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Accountability for planning, delivery, and weekly optimization of programmatic video and display campaigns via our DSP partner, PPC campaigns, Criteo & Citrus conversion campaigns, and CRM acquisition & email campaigns in alignment with Playbook best practices.
  2. Drive precision excellence in display and video against KPIs, leveraging data, inventory, and identifying newness required to further drive performance.
  3. Deliver local email acquisition targets with local partners and optimize for lead quality.
  4. Plan the UK CRM calendar for retailer offers and work with EMEA Digital on pan-EMEA brand-led CRM campaigns, optimizing campaign learnings to improve future campaign performance against KPIs.
  5. Manage conversion channel mix and optimize performance across the portfolio in conjunction with Customer Marketing & Brand.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of programmatic and search media experience, including programmatic video, display, ad tech, paid search, Criteo/Citrus conversion.
  • Analytical prowess to drive optimization of live campaigns with agency partners.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to self-manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive toward results.
