The Digital Marketing Specialist at JAM IT Consultancy Ltd oversees all digital marketing programs to generate inbound inquiries and nurture these to progress to Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) status.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Presence

  1. Develop and implement a digital strategy that aligns with the company's marketing objectives and overall business goals.
  2. Represent the company on all relevant digital channels and maintain profiles with engaging content.
  3. Ensure that all digital channels and materials adhere to the company's brand guidelines and messaging.

Campaigns

  1. Manage the company's LinkedIn sponsored updates account, including designing graphics, writing content, creating landing pages, and A/B testing to optimize results.
  2. Manage the company's Google Ads account, including researching keywords, writing ads, analyzing results, and testing and optimizing ads for increased click rates.
  3. Collaborate with the content team to plan digital distribution campaigns around upcoming content releases.
  4. Work with the website team to optimize website landing pages for digital campaigns and build pages around lead generation forms.
  5. Manage the administration of the company's Marketing Automation platform (Act-On).
  6. Manage and maintain the marketing databases, uploading contacts from various sources, ensuring data quality, and segmenting databases effectively to optimize nurture programs.
  7. Design, write, and send personalized outbound marketing emails to deliver key messaging and content to nurture contacts through the marketing funnel.
