About the Role

Sphere Digital Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Subscription Analytics Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Customer and Data Insights team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing targeted customer retention campaigns based on data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Customer and Data Insights team to develop and implement data-driven customer retention strategies
  • Calculate and analyze Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) to understand the long-term profitability of identified subscriber segments
  • Collaborate with the Subscription Team to analyze performance of A/B testing on various churn mitigation strategies to identify the most effective interventions
  • Develop and monitor key subscriber health metrics, such as engagement, satisfaction, and usage patterns across our multiple web products
  • Design and produce regular KPI Reporting and Key Metrics Monitoring
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency with Python, SQL, and cloud technologies such as Azure or GCP
  • 4-10 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the media or publisher space
  • Experience with subscription, retention, or customer analytics
