Job Title: Physiotherapy Service Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Physiotherapist to lead our Physiotherapy Service, providing specialist rehabilitation services to patients in the community. Our team operates from three main hospitals: Furness General Hospital, the Royal Lancaster Infirmary, and Westmorland General Hospital.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Physiotherapists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to patients. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and conduct regular assessments to monitor patient progress.

Main duties of the job:

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the quality and efficiency of Physiotherapy services.
  2. Lead and manage a team of Physiotherapists, providing guidance, support, and resources as needed.
  3. Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  4. Foster partnerships with local healthcare providers, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  5. Stay up-to-date with best practices, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Estimated Salary Range:** £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
