About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust. As a Band 5 Physiotherapist, you will work across various clinical areas, including orthopaedics, medicine, stroke, elderly rehab, surgery, MSK outpatients, supported discharge, and general community teams. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in leadership, service improvement, and contribute to pathways of care for patients. The estimated salary for this position is £26,555 - £35,597 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide physiotherapy services to patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives and support the development of pathways of care.
  • Support the on-call and weekend service at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary.

Requirements:
  • Health and Care Professions Council registered Physiotherapist.
  • Honours Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy approved by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy/ Health Professions Council.
  • Comprehensive experience at undergraduate level of core competencies within physiotherapy.
  • Evidence of effective written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Able to demonstrate commitment to independent learning and continued professional development.
