About the Role:

This standalone position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in pensions, employment, and benefits tax, National Insurance, and associated taxation areas. The successful candidate will ensure precision in managing the Group's payroll operations, adhering to audit protocols, legislative requirements, best practices, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership in Payroll Operations: Manage the Group's payroll function with accuracy, ensuring all payroll deadlines are consistently met.
  • Compliance and Accuracy: Maintain the highest standards of accuracy in pay, income tax, pensions, and rewards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships with an external payroll provider for seamless operations.
  • Workforce Dynamics: Confidently manage payroll processes for a diverse workforce, including freelancers and contract workers.
Compensation:

$90,000 - $120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location:

London (Hybrid 3 days a week)
