About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join our team at Recruitment Chief. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading design-focused brand and contribute to the growth of their digital presence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing e-commerce product catalogues across platforms like Amazon and Etsy, ensuring listings are optimised. You will also conduct competitor analysis and keyword research using tools such as Helium 10 and Brand Analytics to refine product visibility and SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain e-commerce product catalogues across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research to improve product visibility and SEO.
  • Write and update product content, ensuring alignment with brand standards and data insights.
  • Monitor and resolve operational issues across e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
