Customer Experience Director

Trust Ford is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Director to lead our sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to improve sales performance, driving customer care standards, and delivering volume and gross profit targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
• Oversee compliance and ensure customer care standards are met through coaching and training
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve volume and gross profit targets
Requirements:
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• At least 3 years of experience in a sales or management role

• Salary: £45,000 - £55,175 per year (OTE)
