Strategic Leader for Adult Social Care Transformation

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive positive change and lead the transformation of Adult Social Care services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the frontline teams responsible for Hospital, Community, and Front Door services
* Provide leadership to over 45 staff, including Senior Social Workers and Occupational Therapists
* Ensure the highest quality care and support for service users, carers, and families
* Develop and support your team through transformation, safeguarding, and new ways of working
* Oversee service delivery for adult social care teams
* Manage and control budgets, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery
* Lead Safeguarding Adult Reviews, improving practices through learning from SARs and serious incident investigations
Requirements:
* Experience leading or managing multi-disciplinary teams within social care
* Strong grasp of safeguarding and adult social care legislation
* Ability to work closely with partners across health, housing, public health, and voluntary sectors
