Job Title: Strategic Social Care Leader

About the Role:
As a Strategic Social Care Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals in delivering exceptional care and education to young people in our care. You will be the guiding force behind our mission to create a safe and nurturing environment for young people who need our guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional care and education to young people in our care
* Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the lives of young people in our care
* Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to drive collaborative efforts that ensure the best outcomes for young people in our care
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the secure unit, ensuring that resources and staff are used efficiently

Requirements:
* Current or pending Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management
* Proven experience in senior management in social care
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
