Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration across the sector.
  • Oversee business planning, programme implementation, and financial management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with experience in managing people, finances, and overseeing large-scale programmes or change management initiatives.
  • Expertise in adult social care systems, services, and policy, alongside a solid understanding of the economic and financial complexities of the NHS and local government, particularly in London.
