About the Job:
We are seeking a Personal Assistant - Healthcare to join our team at City & County Healthcare Group. As a Personal Assistant - Healthcare, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being. You will work collaboratively with our clients to develop personalized care plans, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver person-centered care that respects each individual's unique needs and preferences
• Provide support with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, household chores, and personal care
• Foster strong relationships with clients, promoting independence and confidence
• Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:
• No prior healthcare experience is required; we provide comprehensive training
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on people's lives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

What You'll Get:
• Salary: £12.00 per hour (weekdays), £13.84 per hour (weekends)
• Mileage reimbursement: 25p per mile
