We offer a competitive salary of £12.20 per hour (Monday to Friday) and £14.85-£15.82 per hour at weekends, with mileage paid at 45p per mile. Our employees enjoy a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, Blue Light Card, and enhanced maternity/paternity schemes.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Glenrothes.
  • You will work closely with our clients, providing personal care, medication management, and emotional support.
  • Our ideal candidate will have six months' experience in care, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • A driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential, as well as good professional and personal references.
