Care Assistant - Glenrothes

We are seeking a skilled Care Assistant to join our team in Glenrothes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in their own homes.

The successful candidate will have six months' experience in care, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. A driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential, as well as good professional and personal references.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.20 per hour (Monday to Friday) and £14.85-£15.82 per hour at weekends, with mileage paid at 45p per mile. Our employees enjoy a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, Blue Light Card, and enhanced maternity/paternity schemes.

About the Role:
