About the Role

Key Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing person-centred care to our clients, supporting them with daily living tasks, medication management, and companionship
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Preparing meals and maintaining client records
• Working independently, using your initiative to problem-solve and manage challenging situations
• Building strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues. You'll also require basic maths and literacy skills, as well as the ability to learn new skills quickly. A responsible and dedicated approach to your work is essential, as is the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances. While previous experience in care is not necessary, you'll need to demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
