We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team in East Fife. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to individuals in their daily lives, promoting independence and well-being.
- Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Foster strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (social work, healthcare, etc.).
- Must hold a full clean UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
